By accessing our website, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Our ServicesMaid Management Services Pte Ltd is a domestic helper agency that matches employers with domestic helpers from Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar. Our services include, but are not limited to:• Helper selection and matching services• Work permit application and renewal assistance• Helper training programs• Counseling and mediation services• Documentation and paperwork processing• Replacement services (subject to specific terms)We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.
Fees and PaymentOur fees are clearly outlined during the consultation process. By engaging our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as discussed and agreed upon. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise arranged.Payment can be made through various methods as specified by our agency. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by Singapore law.We maintain transparency in our pricing structure and do not charge hidden fees. However, third-party costs such as government levies, medical examination fees, and insurance premiums are separate from our agency fees and are subject to change based on government regulations.
Client ResponsibilitiesAs an employer of a domestic helper, you are responsible for:• Treating your domestic helper with respect and dignity• Providing safe and adequate accommodation• Paying salaries on time and in accordance with the employment contract• Providing adequate rest days as per employment laws• Ensuring proper medical care when needed• Complying with all Singapore employment laws and regulations• Communicating promptly with our agency regarding any issuesFailure to meet these responsibilities may result in termination of our services and could be reported to relevant authorities if required by law.
Limitation of LiabilityWhile we make every effort to match you with suitable domestic helpers, Maid Management Services Pte Ltd cannot guarantee the performance, behavior, or reliability of any helper placed with your household. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the actions or conduct of domestic helpers placed through our agency.Our liability is limited to the specific provisions outlined in our service agreement. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
Termination of ServicesEither party may terminate services under specific circumstances outlined in our service agreement. If you wish to terminate our services, you must provide written notice according to the terms specified in our agreement.We reserve the right to terminate services if:• You breach these Terms of Service• You fail to pay required fees• You violate domestic helper employment laws• We are required to do so by lawTermination of services does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.
Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
